    maybe cuspador could mean an attempt of a semi-illiterate peson to describe a luso-compatriat that has a nasty habbit of constantly spitting on sidewalks, or out of car windows without any regard for his/her fellow citizens…

  3. Too much like “cuspidor,” which is a word in English (derived from the Portuguese “cuspidor,” as noted in the previous comment)and so “cuspador” would be associated with spitting, not being on the cusp.
